非常满意的一次服务，在首次谈话中，感受到Martin 明白我时间紧迫，需要几天内修复数据，他非常有诚意会尽力在短时间内帮忙修复，并在翌日早上立刻亲身过来取走硬碟。取走当天晚上，已经给我汇报情况，尽管当时还没能确认能修复机率，但还是相当实干，隔天黄昏已经给我好消息，资料已经录出，并且很大机会可以完全修复，這消息实在非常鼓舞，毕竟这是我公司几年來的资料，掉失了影响颇大，更何况我還需要带着资料往外地工干。今天早上Martin 一早已约好送還硬碟，還特地帮忙购买一个新的，不用自己奔波，实在非常贴心！他還特地带了手提电脑，即场开启硬碟档案，并教导如何备份技巧👍 随后在家里尝试把硬碟资料备份到电脑内，由于档案太大，很长时间都动不到，以为又出现故障，随即致电Martin，还好他仍在附件工作，并答应立刻过来帮忙再看看情况。经他解析情况後，现在已经能适当备份。这份敬业樂业爲顾客服务精神，实在难得！非常推荐他的服务。
